I have extensive experience removing spyware and cleaning viruses. I also have professionally designed reports and trained employees how to use new software, or just to more efficiently use existing applications.

I have satisfied many customers both in the home and the office. For home use I can design you a system that will take advantage of your needs whether it be for taxes, accounting, school work, games, or just to get on the Internet. I have also set up many systems to be optimized for both small and large businesses. I can aid you in designing a system that will best help you maximize your worker's efficiency by incorporating your current office equipment into any new systems I build. I can also train staff in the use of general office software and how to take advantage of the internet. My experience includes setting up network systems, and helping to keep information synchronized between one's personal laptop and their office computers. I have also successfully networked peer to peer IBMs and Macintoshes together!

Aside from building systems from scratch, I can also upgrade memory, harddrives, CD & DVD-Roms, cards, daughterboards and motherboards in your existing hardware. I have experience with various Printers, Networks, Modems, Scanners, Fax machines, CD-Rom Burners and Re-writables.  I am comfortable using SCSI, USB & IDE.  I have helped configure and set up Internet services with phone lines, Cable Modems and DSL lines.

I also have experience training office staff in the use of all parts of Microsoft Office and the Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP systems in general. For those wanting to get connected to the Internet, I can get you on the web, set up E-mail, design Web Pages, and more!

I can also train in the use of the Macintosh versions of Office, Write-Now and other various Macintosh business software packages.

Specifically, I have set up new machines for various Commercial Landscape Contractors, other Caltrans related companies, Bodyshops, Automobile Service & Repair Centers, laywers, and music industry offices. For home use, I have set up systems that are designed to take advantage of home business software, internet connections, games and CAD design.

For any Office Environment:

• Build or upgrade your hardware.
• Install or upgrade your software.
• Network together existing hardware.
• Add peripherals such as printers, scanners, photo printing stations, or broadband connections.
• Set up an office with internet access and/or design a web page.

Specific towards Law Offices:

• Set up one of the California Law Book series on DVD/CD-Rom, with the option to convert the CD-ROMs to a single virtual drive for ease of use, faster access and much more convenience over the usual multiple CD-ROM changers.
• Optionally, I can arrange to purchase and set up one of the California Law Book series on DVD/CD-Rom. I can also convert the CD-ROMs to a single hard drive for ease of use, faster access and much more convenience over the often recommended multiple CD-ROM changers.
• I can also design and set up templates for legal notices severely cutting down the time it normally takes a legal secretary to process and mail standard letters.
• Design an easily upgradeable web page that lists current clients, ongoing cases, and/or information regarding members of the firm.

Specific towards Automobile Repair Shops and Body Shops:

• Install and set up any one of the automatic invoice / estimating systems.
• Install and set up Autodata's estimating system onto a virtual drive, eliminating the need for DVD/CD-Rom swapping.
• Arrange the installation of the standard photographic estimation system between your office and the insurance companies.
• Design a web page listing directions to your shop, lists of services and rates, samples of your work and E-mail communication between your customers and yourself (possibly including digital photos to mail to your customers!)
